Dear Parents/Carers of Year 9 students,
We will attend school to vaccinate Year 9 students with their 2nd HPV Human Papilloma Vaccine or their 1st if they did not receive this in Y8. Your child is also due to have their Booster dose of DTP Diphtheria, Tetanus & Polio along with Meningococcal ACWY
