Summer Festival & Art Exhibition – Thursday 27th June

The Notre Dame High School Summer Festival and Art Exhibition, will take place on Thursday 27th June 2024 between 4:30pm and 6:30pm and all are welcome. This year our Summer Festival has been arranged to tie in with our Cultural Celebration week, and as such we are asking students and Parents to wear their cultural outfits and there will be a catwalk on the evening to showcase these as well as samples of different cultural foods available to try.  Stalls at this year’s festival will include; plants, Tombola, an inflatable gladiator duel, an inflatable assault course, pre-loved uniform, second hand books, coconut shy and the return of the Wet the teacher stand. There will be historical tours of Oakbrook House at 5:00 & 5:45 pm and throughout the evening we will have live music & dancing performances from some of our students and this promises to be a memorable evening of entertainment and fun. We will also have a snack bar and refreshments available from the Greedy Greek Deli, Project D doughnuts and an Ice cream van on sit on the evening.  Some of the raffle prices that will be available to win include;  2 tickets for a Sheffield Wednesday home game of your choice 2024/25 season, 4 tickets for the Sheffield Sharks 2024/25 season, University of Sheffield Spots goodie bag including a weeks free pass for the University gym, Whitley Neal Rhubarb Gin and 2 bottles of Champagne.

If you are able to support us on the evening by volunteering on a stall, donating uniform, books or prizes then we will be very grateful.  Please contact Mrs A Wragg (awragg@notredame-high.co.uk) or Mrs K Watson (kwatson@notredame-high.co.uk) or  Tel: 0114 2302536 for further information on how to do this and wear to bring donations.  However, one of the most important ways in which you can help is, of course, to come along and have fun on the evening and to encourage others to do the same!
