St Julie's Day Celebrations

Notre Dame celebrated St. Julie’s day on Friday 10th May.  It was also a non-uniform day to raise funds for young people with cancer (Clicsargent). Clicsargent is the charity chosen by the most students and staff for this non-uniform day. Here is a link to the website to get more information.

The challenge was to wear clothes linked to the French Flag colours (Blue, Red & White) since it was St. Julie’s day.  There was an ice cream van at lunch time, and a bungee run as well as the St Julie dash. The Canteen organised a French inspired menu and there were some extra activities in the chapel run by Mrs Otieno.

The photograph is a picture of a beautiful cupcake decorated to look like sunflower and made by Mrs Holmes. It tasted delicious too!

Ah! Qu’il est bon le bon Dieu!
